How can I get to Les Hauts de Jeanvert ?
Les Hauts de Jeanvert is 8 minutes from Gaillac :
1205 Chemin de Jeanvert, 81600 GAILLAC
For the best route, use any GPS device except Waze !
What are the arrival/departure times ?
Arrival: 3:00 pm Departure: 10:00 am
For late arrivals, no problem, we'll help you get your keys.
Are bed linen and towels provided ?
Beds are made up on arrival with Oeko-Tex-labeled 1OO% organic cotton sheets. We also supply
bathroom linen.
With the exception of Laughing Birch and Enchanting Cedar (unless you request otherwise).
Is there a parking lot ?
The parking lot is accessible at all times and is monitored by video surveillance.
Parking is free of charge.
Do you accept pets ?
Pets are welcome, except on sofas or beds :)
Your pet must remain under your supervision, on a
leash so as not to disturb the comfort of other guests.
Any damage caused by pets will be charged to the owner.
What is the capacity of my cottage ?
Each cottage can accommodate up to 4 people, with the exception of the Noisetier Sentimental,
which sleeps 2.
For fire safety reasons, we need to know the exact number of people staying each night. As owners,
we need to be able to communicate this figure to the security forces in the event of an accident.
Do you have a deposit system ?
A check for 800€ is given on the day of your arrival.
It is not cashed and will be returned to you if no
damage is found.
It's up to you to declare any damage noted on arrival.
How do I book the various services you offer ?
First of all, contact us, specifying the date, the desired time slot and the number of participants.
We'll contact the service providers and make the reservation for you.
On the day, you pay the
service provider directly, with no additional costs billed by Les Hauts de Jeanvert.
Which coffee pods should I bring with me during my stay ?
The cottages are equipped with filter coffee makers. With your help in sorting, coffee grounds and filters will be composted in our garden.
If you forget your coffee, tea or chocolate supplies, you'll find a minimum stock on arrival, so you can start your stay without worry.
